Moc Crawfish - Antioch

I spent a considerable amount on a crab boil, which I expected to be larger or more reasonably priced. The bag was smaller than my head, containing only a few crab legs, and I had to pay extra for items that should have been included in a king crab boil. I'm very disappointed.

This restaurant used to be a decent spot with great food and a nice atmosphere. However, it seems to have changed—perhaps due to new ownership. The crab and shrimp served in a bag were completely unseasoned, just drenched in oil and a red sauce that lacked any flavor. It was disappointing and bland. They really need to improve. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. Sorry to say this.

This restaurant came highly referred to me by some family so one night when my son asked for crab I decided to give it a try. Due to the pandemic the dining area was closed, but that’s too be expected and not a big deal. Since we’d never been I asked for recommendations from the employee, she was incredibly kind and informative. She engaged in genuine conversation with my son and I, and I appreciated the authentic hospitality. The price point was a bit high, but it is seafood so I didn’t mind (I believe I paid around $32 for a half lb of crab). We got our crab and headed home, unfortunately the food was a bit of a disappointment. The taste was bitter and funky, and it was EXTREMELY salty. I love salt but even for me it was a lot to handle. I’m hoping it was just an off night, and intend to give this restaurant another go in the future. Will report back with an update once I do!

This restaurant was once decent, but my recent experiences have been truly disappointing. I've had two bad encounters with their crab and shrimp bags—completely lacking in seasoning and tasting only of oil and a bland red sauce. It’s been a letdown. Last time we visited, we spent $150, and the time before that over $200, and it felt like a total waste. They really need to improve, but I won't be returning. If I could rate this with zero stars, it still wouldn't be low enough.

I have to give 2 stars for the garlice noodles... They were good. The crab , half frozen! I should've listened to the reviews staying they fell off. I agree 1000:%i won't be back. And they downsized to place more or an emphasize on the kitchen . I d k why they're horrible. Don't waste your money ppl . Please.. take it from me it's NOT worth it.. youd be better of cooking at home home. Better yet I frequent Rockin' crawfish although Im no ambassador.. this place wl fail in 1 year give or take ....
