Michael's - Antigo

The food was excellent, and there was a nice variety of options to choose from. The service was quick, and the staff was very friendly. I loved the decor and overall atmosphere of the place. The deep-fried cheese curds were exceptional. I ordered the French dip and mozzarella cheese sandwich with fries. I’ve attached photos of the menu. The steaks are priced based on the market, and I’d love to come back to try one. They have 20 taps featuring a fascinating selection of beers that I’d like to sample as well. We definitely plan to eat there again.

The food was just average, but unfortunately, it made my whole group sick! We didn't even leave the parking lot before one of us had to vomit. We all ordered different dishes, so it was surprising. The experience was terrible! We waited nearly two hours for our meals, and not a single staff member checked in on us. On top of that, this place is really overpriced! Save yourself the trouble and the expense—definitely don’t eat here!

This is a lovely restaurant with delicious food and a very friendly staff. The soup was flavorful, and the salad portion was quite generous. Also, that fork isn’t a baby fork!

I wasn’t aware that they offer a selection of draft beers, and I was delighted to find out that I could get Guinness on tap in Antigo. Based on this experience, I will definitely be returning. I rated it a 4 out of 5 only because my first visit didn’t stand out to me.

The fish fry is overpriced and lacks a two-piece option. The mac and cheese was tasteless and served cold. I ordered a 7 and 7 but ended up being charged $8 for a double mixer. I was never offered any dinner rolls. I won't be returning when I can get a better fish fry down the road for half the price, with more options.
