Tr3s Kitchen Cantina - Anoka

The margaritas were excellent! They packed a nice punch. We even received extra samples of margaritas we were interested in trying without feeling pressured to purchase them. The nachos were somewhat disappointing, but the rest of the food was quite flavorful. I would definitely recommend this place for drinks—10/10!

This restaurant has recently changed ownership, and I hadn't visited in about ten years. It used to be part of a local chain but is now privately owned. I was thrilled to find both the food and service to be outstanding! I ordered the seafood enchiladas, and they were absolutely delicious—better than what I remembered from the previous place. The owner even came out of the kitchen to ensure I was enjoying my meal, which I truly appreciated. The decor remains the same, reminiscent of Mexican tourist spots, giving it a comfortable and authentic vibe. Definitely check it out; you won’t be disappointed!

I placed an order online through their website during their advertised business hours and received a confirmation. However, when I arrived to pick it up, I found the restaurant closed, with the door locked and no response when I called. Unfortunately, the charge for the meal, which included a tip, was processed anyway. I decided to give it another try the next day, again during their stated hours, but once more, the place was closed. It's incredibly frustrating that they accept and charge for orders they clearly can't fulfill. The recent positive reviews seem suspicious; they might be from friends or aimed at inflating the restaurant's rating. I encountered another customer who was picking up an order for six people at the same time as me, and I'm sure he would agree that this place is a letdown. What a disappointing experience!

We visited for lunch, and both the food and service were outstanding. The staff were friendly and attentive, even sharing information about exciting upcoming events at the restaurant that seem great for the community. The prices are comparable to other Mexican restaurants, and the portion sizes were just right. I felt that the burrito especial could use a bit more spice, but there’s hot sauce available to add as needed. The salsa was flavorful, and the chips were served warm. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience!
