フィードバックを提供するThere are a few gluten-free baked goods offered cakes, cookies, muffins. I had applecake with a crispy topping and it was delicious.
I had the most wonderful cinnamon roll and sesame brot to go. the personal was knowledgeable about zöliakie. they offer in the regular GF muffins, brotweben, almond cookies, macaroons, rolls, sandwiches to order and zimtrolle. during the holiday season they have apple pie! highly recommended!
To be fair, this was pretty much the last restaurant that we wanted to eat at except for the take out fish and chips place. This is because out of all the possible restaurants in this tourist town, only this one and one other was open. No idea why other people would not be open and capitalize in the long lines of people that were waiting. The server was clearing over her head and short tempered but trying to do thier best. Took FOREVER to clean off a table to sit at. Seriously, during tourist season hire some students to be table cleaners and hostess. It was ridiculous. Menu with clearly a German theme. Not exactly what we wanted. We wanted seafood. But besides the take away fish and chips no one was serving that. I had the pan fried haddock. Kiddo had spaetzle. Hubby had the salmon and cream cheese bagel. Food was decent. My fish was slightly overcooked. I really loved the sauerkraut. Kiddos spaetzle was delicous and rich. Bagel was average. We grabbed some pastries for the next morning. They were delicious. Would I come back here? No. Maybe for sweets. If you like German food, then give it a go.
We were charged $72 for a bowl of soup, a pretzel, two coffees, and three pastries. The woman did not give me a receipt and I didn't realize the cost until I saw my bank statement. I went back to ask if there had been a mistake and she insisted that she had not overcharged me. I think she's playing tourists for suckers.
