Bonchon Seven Hills - Annandale

I got the half and half 10 piece chick wings for 14.95. The chicken was flavorful but I felt it was overpriced. It was also VERY greasy.

Couldn't even dine in with the smell like an overflowing bathroom going on. We ended up not even bothering to order. The staff was kind enough to explain there's an issue with the shared trash that's permeating the building. It's not a place I would consider good to dine in at the moment. If anything, they should limit contact to curbside pickup and not let anyone inside until it's resolved if they can't afford to close until it's fixed. I feel bad for the staff that have to endure the smell all day.

The good was decent, not bad, but not the best. The location was somewhat clean, but smelt like a wet, old mop and the floor felt nasty. We got the half half strips, they gave a good amount, but they were definitely holding back on the sauce. The kimchi and radishes were good dude dishes, and the rice was okay. The service was lacking, they kind of rushed it and they only filled up the water a couple of times. It also took forever to get our food. Overall, I?d rate it a 2.5/5, but there?s no way to do half?s, so I gotta round down.

Our usual location on Pickett in Fairfax is temporarily closed so gave this location a try and am beyond disappointed. Just got back with our pick up. We got the spicy family meal and the chicken was burnt all the way through. There was barely any sauce either. I knew the second I opened up the box as the color was off! It?s not like we even got take out at peak hours! I even tipped 20%?for pick up!!! Never coming to this location again. We?re easy to please and are completely sympathetic with the industry considering the current environment but this is unacceptable. This location should?ve closed down, not the one on Pickett.

It?s a no go. No bugs or hairs like other reviewers, but we won?t be back. Got sliders which would?ve been great if it actually had chicken, no joke, the pickle was thicker. Also the Korean fried wings aren?t right. Sauce is fine but they aren?t breaded right like good Korean fried chicken.
