Disappointing Experience at a Once-Loved CafeI 've been a regular visitor to Anna Maria Island for years, and North Shore Cafe was always a highlight of my trips. However, my most recent visit left me deeply disappointed. Arriving 20 minutes before closing, I was met with unwelcoming stares from the staff, who didn 't bother to greet me or offer any basic courtesy. Their attitude was noticeably rude and made me feel like an inconvenience, which is a stark contrast to the warm hospitality I used to enjoy here.It 's a real shame to witness such a decline in customer service. The cafe I loved for its friendly atmosphere now seems to have a team that is indifferent, if not hostile, to customers. This change is especially surprising and unfortunate given the reputation of the cafe and the expectation of support and training from the owners.This experience has definitely changed my perspective on North Shore Cafe. I 'm saddened to say that I can no longer recommend it as a go-to spot on the island, especially not with the current staff 's attitude. A change in staff or a significant improvement in customer service is urgently needed for me to consider returning.
