フィードバックを提供するI go to all 4 locations in ann arbor and although this is most convenient it is noticeably poor service and product quality. they are often from at least one of: coffee (yes, coffee!, milk or simply syrup. I try to explain that it is to be accepted cold brewed coffee that we are about a machine next to the donator, but they insist on the donator 1/2 full ice (in contrast to other locations). the result is that the ice melts and watered coffee produces. please fill it with cold brew and let us put the ice into our own.
The food is overpriced, but I love the Tuesday bagel deal and drinks. The monthly drink subscription is definitely worth for caffeine-aholics
Continuously messing up my order. First time going here in a year and of course they can't read simple instructions. I called 3 times before they closed and they hung up on me every time.
Panera is typically my favorite place to eat at, but this one is just not really it. They are spacious which is nice, but so much was wrong. After we ordered food, I went to use the bathroom the door was soooo oily and then I used the toilet only to realize they were completely out of toilet paper at 10:30 am, so I had to use the very rough hand towels. Then we got our food I got the Mac cheese dug in, only to discover it was completely cold and hard like it's been in the fridge forever, so my boyfriend took the liberty of heating it all up in the microwave on his own. This place has potential, just seems like it isn't well taken care of.
Greg's outstanding customer care and attention to details is absolutely the highest level I've experienced in years. One day I asked him to fill my coffee cup with room for cream. Instead of handing the piping hot cup to me, he placed it on the counter instead. He didn't know exactly how much room to leave for cream, so he filled closer to the top, and asked me to dump the extra into the trash can. The level of ensuring that I have the most comfortable experience was unmatched. This Panera Bread location is lucky to have him.
