McDonald's - Ann Arbor

The drive-thru was a bit slow, possibly due to a new employee on the register. Despite this, the Sausage Egg McMuffin was still delicious, as always. Usually, the service is quick and efficient.

I've been eating as expected while driving through. the personal was nice (I also treat the personal with respect). I would recommend the mcdonald’s.

We stopped here on the way to work. we waited 10 minutes for a trip thru. only 3 people before us. we ordered a 10pc mc nugget, sweet and sour sauce and a number 6. we are going to work. it takes about 15 minutes to get to work. they gave us a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a 10pc and honeysard instead of sweeter and acidic sauce. So I drove back 15 minutes. then I had to wait for 20 minutes. instead of saying, hey, keep this sandwich here is the new 10pc. and sweet and sour sauce they took everything back. at least they could have said they think it's their problems. but no, gas is still $4 a gallon and apparently I had to put almost an hour of my life on the hips because they can't put together a job. that's so wrong, on so many planes. I'm sorry I didn't see these reviews before I'm here.

My last visit was a catastrophe, I went there to lunch and the sandwich wrapper was smudged with ketchup and screed that ended across the whole place, geez take a few seconds to really take care of their customers and want them to come back, I will never go back and do not know how a business can remain open when they have no customers. I would definitely recommend to drive friends and family 30 minutes from this place if she wanted mcdonald and this does not deserve 1 cent of each customer.

Never eat here again. the poor deborah does not deserve to annoy at her own job. they come work for me deborah, their customer service skills do not go to waste in contrast to these mcdonalds. If I were the manager, kenzie wouldn't have a job.
