Teriyaki House Ankeny

We enjoy supporting locally owned businesses, and this restaurant makes it easy because the food is delicious, fresh, and made to order quickly. Even though I am very particular and have a picky order, the staff are sweet and always willing to accommodate my requests.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic! I ordered the grilled chicken and fried rice, and it was amazing. It's just as good as the expensive Japanese steak houses but at a much lower price. Additionally, we were in and out in 15 minutes. I highly recommend checking out this place.

Unique tariyaki house, with thin sliced steak on a bed of rice (friend, or steamed) comes with salad (try yum yum sauce) and a drink for about $10. Family friendly, great food, and something different to try in Ankeny. Try it!

This is the best Japanese food I have ever tasted. The cheesecake tempura was absolutely divine. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind. If you are in central Iowa and craving Japanese cuisine, Teriyaki House is a must-try.

Food tasted good, but I feel overly expensive and cheated on the protein part of my meal and I even paid extra for the garnels, my 4 tiny scallops did not look like the pics on thiere review site, they were really small and so was my garnel.
