Mcdonald's - Ankeny

I have visited this restaurant's drive-thru several times in the past few years. One criticism I have is that the service can be very slow at times, with several minutes passing between each car being served. This issue was present even before COVID, but it has become less frequent recently. Overall, I have not encountered any major problems with my orders. Any minor issues that have arisen were quickly resolved.

I recently started working at this restaurant a few weeks ago and have already fallen in love with the amazing evening shift staff. However, I have noticed that there have been several complaints about a cashier who some find to be strange. I just want to clarify that he is a fantastic employee who happens to have autism. It's important to remember not to criticize him or our work environment because of this.

I ordered through the app online and picked up curbside because I had my dog with me, thinking it would be more convenient. Unfortunately, I had to wait outside for 20 minutes before finally going in to find my order. By the time I got home, the food was cold. Disappointed and won't be returning.

I asked for a second to order my food, while driving thru and the cash box freaked out and started talking to me about what to order. I realized that this buffoon didn't get the message, so I asked after 30 seconds and he still talked. his demekanor was grumpy and he screwed my order (surprise.) f mcdonald’s, I get that you are understaffed and have to scratch the floor under the barrel, but ****. the government must prohibit and withdraw the sacrifices that eat there. the worst place to eat in America. I feel bad for the workers who actually try it and are compensated as the idiots. also there were only 5 cars in the car drive thru when I moved up and inside was not busy (who knows who knows who knows who knows who knows who

Working a manager at night? saw in the drive through the lines behind people who run into the microphone for the service. youthful who run from the it area over the parking space and the entire parking space. I've never been serving. for the heaven prohibits fast eating or even slowing.
