Friendly staff but very busy due to location by bike trail and events (baby shower) upstairs. Food is OK but typical bar food.

I want badly to leave a five star review because this place is two blocks from where I grew up. But, service was slow at 100 on a Saturday afternoon. Menu was straight off the food service truck. Doors to both bathrooms were broken and the men's bathroom was gross. I get it...bar bathrooms are gross, but the chances that someone destroyed that thing at 11 AM are pretty low. I almost asked for a toilet brush to pitch in because I want to leave a five star review. I want to like this place, but the little things are slipping by. Little things are important, and when the little things are ignored, I have to wonder about the big things.

Poor service by our waiter who ended up drinking at the bar and forgetting all about us. Thank goodness someone from the back came out with a smile. The hot food we ordered was cold and the beer was skunked. The tortilla chips were amazing! As a side note, it was a pleasant surprise to have live music on a Thursday night, but the singer looked angry the entire time. Probably won't return.

Food and service are subpar. Would like to see improvements to the menu and time it takes to get food. Waited an hour for wings and a turkey melt. Both of them I could have made better at home. Have tried giving this place several chances, but we decided tonight will be the last time for the foreseeable future. Hope they are able to turn things around.
