Odessa Poissonnier - Anjou

The restaurant offers a great selection of fresh and frozen dishes! The salmon is incredibly fresh and their salmon pâté is tender and tasty! While the fresh fish may be a bit pricier than what you find at the grocery store, the quality is unmatched.

I was searching for a fish to cook in a salt crust in the smoker. The staff was extremely welcoming, provided me with helpful information, and assisted me throughout my visit.

I requested fresh salmon from the cashier to prepare a salmon tartare. However, when I got home, the salmon had a strong smell and taste of unfresh fish. As a result, I experienced a stomachache. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I bought two paellas, thinking it would be fresh, I have never tasted such a bad paella. The rice was dry and pasty, the taste was bland, the seafood rubbery, in short no taste.Very disappointed.

I really enjoyed the fresh seafood and large prepared dishes at this restaurant. The oysters were especially delicious, with a good selection and very fresh.
