フィードバックを提供するOur family loves Murton Farm and it's a great place for children. However, we have been disappointed with the food on multiple occasions. I ordered paninis for myself and my daughter and was told it would take 20 minutes, but they took nearly 40 minutes to arrive. The cheese panini for my daughter was very small, and she was hungry again soon after. The staff were friendly and apologetic, but the wait for food is always substantial, even when it's not very busy. While I understand that small businesses are facing challenges, the portion size for the kids' panini was not worth the cost. Despite this, the farm itself is fantastic and worth a visit.
Made a last minute decision to go out for a family lunch and was very disappointed with the quality and quantity of food. Ordered a baked potato with baked beans and could almost count the amount of beans put inside the baked potato. Very small portion of grated cheese in the cheese option too but could accept this a little easier as some cheeses are quite expensive. But baked beans can be purchased for around a tin. Also ordered a cheese and ham toasted sandwich, and again there was so little cheese in it. In fact, suffice to say there was only one thin slice of cheese covering a quarter of the toastie. On bringing this to the attention of staff, the woman was very pleasant and apologetic and offered some cakes by means of compensation. By the time a second cheese toastie was served however, the coffee was cold. She confirmed she would bring the matter to the attention of the kitchen staff. Won`t be in a hurry to go back and will not recommend this cafe based on this visit.
Great food and personal. friendly service. we arrived at a busy day, but the staff kept us informed when our food would be ready. many of the choices that children like.
Murton is a fantastic place to visit. The food is delicious, the restaurant is clean and spacious, and the staff are friendly and beautiful. I highly recommend it, especially after visiting the animals and taking a walk around the reserve. The play area is also great for children to have some fun.
These are the best skorn in angus. and excellent coffee also support a great charity. I can't recommend.
