Food is always one of the above: over cooked, under cooked, or extremely sloppily put together (we live nearby which is the ONLY reason we order from them when we do, but after LAST WEEK, we will NEVER order from them again). As of a week ago, they have an extremely RUDE girl answering the phone and taking orders. She was so rude, in fact, that I told her that because of her rudeness, I would order from a restaurant further away and get better food. I mean, they don't exactly have business lining up out the door, so that was a loss of revenue for 3 grinders, sodas, and dessert- all lost due to her rudeness, and a decent cash tip she would have received. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere. Honestly. Their food is just not worth the aggravation, the time to drive their, and the money you'll be wasting, all to be annoyed and probably throw your food away. Food: 1 Service: 1

I love this spot! It's close buy and has a large menu selection. I have a tendency to always go on the same day and the woman working the counter, Sky, is amazing. Knows the menu and can make suggestions based on your preferences. she is a wonderful waitress and can manage the busy phones and tables all at once! I always have a good time here!

We recently started going back there because they 're near by. The food had previously been inconsistent to say the least (over cooked, under cooked, sloppily thrown together), and usually just not very good tasting in general. A few weeks ago, we ordered grinders. They were actually good. This evening I chose to call to order 3 grinders because I didn 't stop and pick up anything for dinner. Depending on who 's working, you get asked in a different manner what you 'd like to order. I started speaking and said Two half meatball grinders, one with provolone, but no peppers and was cut off by the little snot that answered the phone, saying You don 't tell me what you don 't want, just what you DO want and when I say her tone was rude, I mean she was RUDE. She then said So what is it that you DO want? I told her since she was so rude I 'll order elsewhere. And I served it back as rudely as she served it to me. Absolutely unacceptable when you work in customer service. The aggravation, poor treatment customer service, and almost always crappy food is 1,000% NOT WORTH GOING TO THIS PLACE. Seriously. Drive further. You 'll appreciate having listened to this review. There isn 't exactly business lining up at this craphole of a restaurant in a craphole plaza, and she lost the business an almost $50 order, and she lost herself a decent cash tip.

Andover pizza has definitely improved a lot over the past few years about 5 years ago Andover pizza was terrible but that is not the case anymore personally I love the chicken wings and pizza the staff is also very good the food was ready on time and just overall this place is just excellent.I Would Definitely Recommend!
