Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Overall, this is a good Zaxby's. I give 4 stars for service because the CSR that is always on the register is so nice. The atmosphere is 4 stars as well. I give that 4 stars because the other employees make sure the job gets done, but they don't have good communication skills whatsoever. It is disappointing but they have good food so I go there. That's was my one and only concern. If they fix their communication, then it will be a better Zaxby's. Overall, 4 stars. I am pleased with my past visits and my visit today.Parking: The parking is fine if you come on a normal time and hour.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessible handicapped parking.

BUYER BEWARE: If I could rate service worse I would. Ordered online to have our order shorted by 3 pieces of chicken, and the egg rolls were BURNT. Called and spoke to the manager who told me I had to drive down there to get it fixed. So much for paying 8 dollars to have it delivered. If you order and have it delivered, WORST SERVICE EVER.Update: corporate satisfaction team contacted me and credited the amount for the missing and burnt items. Love Zaxby's food... Will still go to Hartwell GA store instead.

Great convenience but they mostly get my food order wrong. Most of the staff are nice yet seemed rushed. The atmosphere is sometimes gloomy as you watch them interact.

Hard working, friendly staff there. Exceptional employees are hard to come by. Service in so many franchise establishments are absolutely substandard and I find it remarkable that the public accepts that. Your restaurant was very good and I hope the employees there are happy to be there and continues to excell.

Meal almost completed. Sitting there observing. Watched a young male talking with a woman. That’s okay but he proceeded to apply lotion all over his face, around his mouth, and neck. Also scratched his head.The young man did not wash his hands he went straight to the counter and started handling food. Very troublesome. GERMS!!!!!!!!!!
