Taco Bell - Andalusia

I ordered on the app and we was there with a 24 foot trailer and couldn't go through drive through...so I walked to window and the employees were very rude!! They wouldn't give me my food unless I was in a vehicle..so I seen someone we knew in drive thruand hopped in his vehicle and asked him to get it for me and they told me I would have to get to the back of the line...hadanother friend go through (at the end) and they told her they didn't have an order under my name!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THISRESTAURANT IN ANDALUSIA ALABAMA!!! If I could give negative stars I would!!!!

This restaurant is the best in the town! Such awesome customer service and such awesome friendly people there!! Food was out the window very fast and efficiently!

ABSOLUTELY WORST PLACE EVER!! Took an hour to get our food only for half the order to be missing and the other half to be made completely wrong.. Servers seemed as if they were 100% unable to read the orders. The restaurant and bathrooms were so verydisgusting I was honestly afraid to even eat the food. I love Taco Bell in general but this was enough to make anyone never wantANY Taco Bell ever again.

I travel all around the country and have eaten at lots of Taco Bell franchises. This is the worst one I?ve ever had. It is amazing that the employees can mess up the the food at a franchise so badly. Management needs to be changed out and employeesretrained. Food was terrible.

I hate to complain but, I got a soft shell taco. Supreme. I went to bite into it and it was gross. The meat was cold. The taco shell didn?t taste fresh. So I proceeded to call up there and let them know. They said they were sorry and to come back up thereand they would make us another one. So we did. My taco is still cold. Not to mention the first time it was like they just threwit in the bag. It was dripping and the bag broke open on my seat. No napkins either :
