Huddle House - Andalusia

Awful! 5 people behind the counter and they couldn't get an order of eggs and bacon and mozzarella sticks out in 50 minutes?! There were only 3 other tables with people. And seeing how they treated our poor waitress? Uncalled for. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. Pathetic! We left and went to Burger King.

We had a waitress named Monique and she was AMAZING! The environment was clean, and I came in never having eaten at a Huddle House. My expectations were average (assumed it would be like a Denny's or something), but BOY WAS I SURPRISED! I don't even like eggs, but they came with my meal. I got them scrambled with cheese and there were the BEST eggs I've ever had! I was craving them even the next day so we came back. When I asked for extra chocolate chips in my pancake, they did not hold back! Sooooo delicious! The staff was all kind, and very attentive. Who knew such a little family place could be so great all around?!

I like Huddle House, but this one is a joke. We ordered a BLT and a BLT with turkey. We were patient as the place was busy. After AN HOUR, we finally tracked down our waitress to ask her what was going on. She said, You guys are up next, your food should be right out. After 20 more minutes food was finally served to us, but not the sandwiches we ordered. We ate them anyway and they tasted fine, but how can it take 1 hour and 20 min to make a BLT and a BLT with turkey on it? Under any normal circumstance I would have walked out much earlier and refused to pay for the drinks, but I happened to be having lunch with a friend I hadn 't seen in a year, so our conversation kept us occupied. I won 't come here again.

I called in a carry out order and ordered a meal for all six employees of my crew and I picked up the food from the restaurant. I received the order and it was my mistake not checking the bags before I left but when I found I was missing a some items I called back and tried to correct what I missing. Echo the waitress was helpful in trying to get my order corrected but the manger, I'm sorry for not catching her name, wanted to argue with me about what I had and didn't have. I received some of the items I was missing because apparently I wasn't charged for the others in the confusion, but the food wasn't bad so props to the cooks but the manager could've handled the situation much better.

Waitress was rude and had an attitude. Ordered sweet tea without lemons. She brought us sweet tea with lemons. Asked for crispy bacon to go with my mvp breakfast meal, warned her I'd send it back if the bacon was wrong. Got bacon and it wasn't crispy so I sent it back and she immediately copped an attitude. Stopped checking on us after bringing bacon back. Didnt even give us eating utensils until after bacon brought back right the second time. Spent 20 mins trying to get her attention for a tea refill and she ignored us. Definitely very unhappy with our experience here.
