Yakitori Sushi House - Anchorage

They can say that the menu was written and edited by someone whose first speech was not English. but the professional polish was there all the way through their food. the yakitori that they are known for them was phenomenal! the lamb was my favorite, the chicken was still incredible, the skallop was surprisingly the little taste. we also had some tempura, which was crispy and flocky, as well as some zaru soba (cold bookwheat noodles). they knew that cold noodles could be so pleasant. Oh, the sushi. it was polished, fresh and made with real crab, not the imitation pencils.

One of my favorite sushi places in the city, and they never disappoint! The menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything is delicious. They have some unique rolls, like the Kartoffel roll, which is definitely worth trying. I also recommend the mushroom yakitori and the chirashi sushi. For dessert, they received a delightful surprise—fried Oreos for their party!

Delicious sushi, and we even received complimentary fried Oreos at the end. It was a simple touch, but it really added to the overall experience. The special rolls are enormous, making them well worth the price.

I absolutely love the meat skewers; they're perfect for a keto diet. The chef's special roll is fantastic as well. The sushi here is excellent!
