フィードバックを提供するWe have attempted to dine at this restaurant several times, only to find one side crowded with diners while the other side is closed. Without any available seating, we are forced to leave. It is frustrating because there is no need for staff to wait on tables since orders are placed at the counter. It seems like they are losing a significant amount of business by closing off so much seating.
Burgers were great. Even the gluten free bun actually tasted good and wasn’t made out of cardboard as so many other places seem to use. Best burger for the price so far!Kid-friendliness: Wednesdays get a free child's meal with every adult full meal you buy.
The best burger is Anchorage as of this review. Top tier taste. The tots and haystack onions are delicious. The service is very good as they're very nice and serve you with a smile which is unheard of these days. Try the Kenai burger if you like a little spicy flavor. It's my favorite.
I have never felt so disrespected by staff before. My name is Margaretta, but despite correcting them multiple times, they continued to call me margarita. To make matters worse, one employee even laughed at my name and made fun of its similarity to margarita, leaving me feeling humiliated. On top of all this, I waited for 20 minutes for food that they claimed wasn't ready, only for it to arrive cold because it had been sitting on the table. This was by far the worst dining experience I've ever had. I do not recommend this restaurant and will never return.
I witnessed a delivery person exiting the establishment with a frozen beverage, which piqued my interest to try one myself. Upon entering, I noticed a man coming from behind the counter to wipe down tables. I inquired about the types of frozen drinks they offered, and he simply pointed at the menu listing lemonade before walking away. Confused, I wondered if it was a shake or smoothie, but kept my thoughts to myself. The girl behind the counter continued to clean and seemed to be observing me. After waiting for a while without any acknowledgment, I decided to leave as another employee grabbed a drink for himself and stared at me from the drink station. Overall, the lack of communication and attention to customers left me disappointed with the service.
