フィードバックを提供するWhen we arrived (part of 4) they said they were short on menus, so we have to share and that they were from salad, although they were almost empty. The food lasted about an hour to arrive and they forgot to have a drink, but remembered to add it to the bill. The food was good when it finally came, but the service was unpleasant and when the food arrived, there was no explanation why some of the ducks did not add extra dishes and others. Wouldn't go back and we all asked us how it was in business in recent years.
Under new management the quality has changed dramatically. The menu has been edited down. The wine list is not descriptive, the wait staff have no idea what is available. Loud Mexican music coming from the kitchen (It is an Italian restaurant after all) The food was ill prepared and my shrimp dish made me sick. We have been going there for years, we will not go there again. I’m sorry the restaurant has gone down so fast after being open for so many years.
Dining at Romano's is simply a waste of money. The manager and server were incredibly rude. I have never experienced a restaurant where the manager approaches customer service with such negativity. My experience there was dreadful, and I will not be returning.
If you can get drinks in under 15 minutes and place your entree orders promptly, be prepared to wait for up to 2 hours without receiving another drink or your food, ultimately forcing you to leave. They weren't busy; they were just focused on talking about the photos. While you might not blame us for the drinks, who knows? I might consider going back.
We visited for dinner on Monday, and the large restaurant was quite empty, yet very clean. Our server was friendly, and we followed his recommendations for our meal. The portions were substantial; however, my chicken was served on a bed of dry noodles that needed some sauce. The pasta served on another plate was a bit thick. Overall, the food was decent but a bit pricey for what it was. Next time, we’ll likely try a different Italian restaurant.
