Mcdonald's - Anchorage

What a disappointing experience! It's important for this restaurant to ensure they double-check their sandwiches before serving them, as they often do not pay attention to special requests noted in the order confirmation. I have a cheese allergy, so I specifically requested no cheese or sausage in my sandwich, yet it was still included. When I called at 9:10 on 04-5-22, they asked me to return to fix the mistake, but I was on the other side of the city. It shouldn't be difficult for them to get orders right the first time so customers don't have to waste time and gas driving back. Luckily, I checked my sandwich before taking a bite, as it could have led to a severe allergic reaction that would have prevented me from working. This has never happened to me before! Many other customers had similar issues this morning, with orders being completely wrong and requiring a return trip. Furthermore, their chicken nuggets and French fries tasted old, as if they were leftover from a previous day. I do not recommend the North Light Blvd location.

So disappointing! please make sure that they check their sandwiches before taking, because they don't care what is requested on the acknowledgement, it's obviously looking at all the wrong orders that people check. I'm allergic to cheese, so I can't be, no sausage, sub with regular bacon I have everything I didn't ask. I called @9:10am 04-5-22, they wanted me to go back, but I was on the other side of the city. How is it hard to make the job right so that we customers don't have to drive back gas because of the employees blew? to the happiness I looked at my sandwich before I took a bite, because I would now be in the sick house, not in the position to work the time that I was planned due to an allergic reaction. I have never had this problem! they go through a drive, sit there where the gas runs, pay mcdonald’s, then they go away, just to see that what they have paid is not what they have been given. many customers had this same problem this morning, ordered everything wrong; people have to go back, then wait in a line that would have prevented! also her chicken bugs, French French fise tasted as if it were a batch of yesterday or the day before. this north light blvd position is not recommended!

This position has top. kiosk to place their order if they do not want to wait in the line. faster service, even serve soda machine.

This place is always overcrowded, no matter when. I was there literally 25 minutes when I saw ppl who came after me to get her witness and go. the only thing I had ordered was a frappuccino. I tried to ask why 1 drink was taken forever? No one could tell me the answer to this question.
