Pretty good! Quite satisfying! However, it was a bit too spicy for those with sensitive taste buds, and I couldn't eat it all by myself. I got tired of the repetitive textures, but the flavor was enjoyable! If I was a little hungrier, I might have been able to finish it.
While there aren't many choices available, you must try the vegetarian jambalaya at this restaurant. It's not listed on the menu, so be sure to ask for it. It is absolutely delicious!
Last week, I tried the vegetable jambalaya for lunch at Disneyland for the first time. Unfortunately, by dinner time I started feeling ill and ended up being sick later that night, even getting rid of the jambalaya I had eaten 10-12 hours earlier. It was strange that the vegetables hadn't been digested by then, leading me to suspect that there may have been contamination in the kitchen. For example, there were large pieces of mushrooms still intact in the dish, which is not normal. Now I am hesitant to try it again on my next visit. Despite this, I have to admit that it tasted decent on the way down. The only vegetables present were mushrooms, excessive amounts of onion, and green bell pepper.
There are not many options here, but the vegetarian jambalaya is a must try. It is not in the menu, you need to request it. Absolutely delicious!
