El Pollo Loco - Anaheim

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent, and the food is prepared quickly. I visited between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. when the line was quite long and there were many customers, yet the staff did a fantastic job of processing all the orders efficiently, ensuring that no one had to wait too long. The food is typically very good and not overcooked. I particularly enjoy the combo special featuring the three Tacos del Carbón and the original pollen bowl combo. As of June 2022, they also have a variety of tostadas on the menu, and I tried the Baja Shrimp Tostada, which was amazing!

Cozy atmosphere with friendly service. Conveniently located near attractions like Disneyland and Angel Stadium, yet the service remains quick. You can assist yourself at the beverage station, but the salsas are kept at the counter, which helps minimize mess.
