Starbucks - Amityville

The worst Starbucks expiernce is at this one on Amityville... disorganized ..wait time is more than 25m. it is management problems. Need hire new manager

I usually come to this Starbucks almost everyday to get my coffee bakery goods for my kids every morning. The morning crew are amazing ! They’re super fast efficient. Recently I’ve encountered a horrible experience with one of the baristas. I believe her name is aseel , ice coffee with a splash of cream she replied I have No caramel. I then asked her what order flavor do you have … she replied the usual flavors (with an attitude)… I asked what other flavors you have is because I’m not aware of the other flavors . I always ask for my coffee with a splash of cream bc I am lactose in tolerant twice already has she given me my coffee with regular milk . Update on my previous review on 05/01/2023 Now I’m starting to think that it’s done on purpose by that same girl is ridiculous! I will no longer return to this Starbucks!

If i could give this starbucks a 0 i would all employees just speakin to each other not paying attention waited 5 minutes to get my order tooken meanwhile there was noone infront of me and another 10 minutes for my frap

Coffee isnt always as good and always bring spare change because they never carry change for $100 which is ridiculous

I go through the drive thru. Service is always fast and efficient. Cashier has a smile and is friendly. Will return!
