Service is quick, food was good but fries were not hot and we waited an hour

The food was ok. Not great by any means. The fries were bad. They were very very browned and also mushy, not crispy at all. They said they were dark because they used new potatoes, which made no sense. The curly fries were very good. Crispy.

Tried going last Friday about 8pm for a bite. The waitress said Hi as we walked in. She did not come to our table in 20 minutes and it was dead in there. She was at the till chatting. This is definitely the last visit for me. A very dismal depressing atmosphere (no music, no radio, nothing) and service was non existent.

Overcooked and ice cold food. Had to get our food from the cook ourselves as the server disappeared. Won't be back.

Service was terrible. 3 of us waited an hour and a half for our food. Servers did not check on us, and they did not care about customers at all. Do not go, would rather get Dairy Queen or fast food than sit there for an hour and a half to get fast food like quality.
