I have tried this restaurant more than 10 times and some of the reviews may have said something bad about this place but every restaurant has mad one mistake or so. But that does not make them bad. Gin Gin is an authentic Chinese restaurant, it has superb food and you should try out their 'secret menu ' in store that is posted on their wall for a more authentic Chinese food!
Gin gin has always been my go to for Chinese! So much delicious food for reasonable prices. My favorite General Tso With lo mein and pork eggroll, the best noodles around, big and flat, a quart.of wonton soup and fortune cookies and I barely made a dent in all of it! All that for $23 and I'm a happy gal! Ten stars if they had em!
Been coming for years. Used to come at least once a week while at UB. Idk if they still do this but they used to let you customize orders back then. They'd make a white meat general tsos, made with sliced chicken instead of battered and deep fried, which was so good.
Gin Gin has been providing high-quality Chinese cuisine to the Amherst community for several years. I highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family due to their freshly prepared dishes, reasonable prices, and extensive menu. The menu is impressively large and features weekly specials displayed on a board. Although takeout might take a bit longer than at some other places, the quality of the food makes the wait worthwhile.
Their bubble tea is excellent, and I highly recommend the egg rolls, chow mein, shrimp in garlic sauce, orange chicken, wonton soup, and beef lo mein. I tend to stick with what I know, and it’s all been really good. My kids, who can be picky eaters, absolutely love the sweet and sour chicken. Take a trip and see for yourself—sometimes good things come to those who wait! Just saying.
