Unfortunately this place is hit or miss. You either get a cold bagel that hasn’t been toasted when requested, or a burnt bagel almost inedible. Both with either 2 lbs of cream cheese or a thin layer. Coffee is inconsistent. Service, as well, is hit or miss. You either get a cheery person at the drive thru or someone who doesn’t say a word except the total. Service industry as a whole has gone downhill, quickly, and unfortunately this location is a victim of this. Go 1 mile up to another one if you have the chance.
