Coles Public House - Amherst

Service is always great. Food is fantastic. Love the scallops. Only downside, if they're busy be prepared to wait a few minutes but it's usually pretty quick! Inside is always nice and clean and the patio and open garage door when it's nice.

Hung out here on a rainy Saturday evening for dinner. Our server was prompt and food was all really tasty. They serve this smoked garlic aioli with the fries that would be delish slathered on everything. Everyone enjoyed their meal picks-Brisket Mac and Cheese, Brisket sandwich, Gouda and apple burger and a steak.

The best food in Downtown Amherst!! The staff is very nice friendly professional The places ultimately clean AF and the food is just amazing It's completely amazing can't go wrong if you want to gourmet burger this is your spot their steak is huge and is enough to feed two and a half people..

This was one of my favorite places...However recently it has really fallen...The prices have doubled while the portions are much smaller...Example: The Oysters Rockefeller...Used to be $3 per Oyster...Now $4.50...They were not even baked with cheese on top like before and half the size...They fries were half the size yet the price increased by 30%...The service was as always very good...

Went to Cole's last weekend and look forward to going again when we're in town. Service was just right. Friendly and attentive. They got pretty busy but it was never too loud inside for a conversation. It looks like the menu rotates but FWIW we had, and really enjoyed... Focaccia bread and goat cheese appetizers Braised pork belly Winter tomato pasta Baked halibut Cole's burger Mussels Yum.
