Chipotle Mexican Grill - Amherst

This Chipotle is the best I've ever had. On the night of August 3, 2021, the line was out the door and wrapping around the restaurant—it was incredibly busy. However, the team handled it amazingly. Everyone was working hard and getting the job done. I particularly noticed a smaller African American woman at the line making the customer orders (I didn't catch her name). She was outstanding! She processed orders in under a minute while keeping everything clean and organized. It was impressive how effortlessly she managed the rush. On top of that, the food was the best-tasting Chipotle I've had in a long time. Great job, team!

As always, the brown rice and steak bowl was delicious and satisfying. The ingredients were fresh, and the service was quick.
