Five Guys - Ames

Rude staff, made my burger without bacon, and shorted me on fries. I ordered a large fry and didn't even get a full container much less a bag full like you're supposed to get.

First time visit and it was amazing. The staff was super friendly and smiled, talked me thru everything they had. Watched them cook it unlike alot of places and got out fast!

This team is excellent! Clean store, great food, happy, professional staff! Highly recommend their app for ordering ahead.

Nice place to eat but the burgers and fries aren't worth the money you pay!!!

The burgers are consistently good, especially with some of the seasoned fries.
