Filling Station - Ames

Kind, friendly and helpful! I filled my gas tank then ordered a Cowboy Quesadilla with some specialty soda and some sort of dessert I have only ever dreamed of- WOW! YUM!From service to food, this place is, hands down, the best overall outstanding experienced I’ve had in my stay in Iowa this past week.Their sign says “It’s our pleasure to serve you” or something like that and the entire staff here definitely put service into ACTION. Thank you for making this experience worth it.The only complaint I have is that I wish I would have come by 5 days ago when I arrived. I missed out on so much more impeccable people, food and experience. GREAT JOB!!

One of the best breakfast places in Ames! It is a must when visiting the area. Service is great and food is excellent!! Cinnamon rolls are the best I’ve ever had!

Was in town for an overnight visit, and this great spot was real close to the airport. I had the farmers burrito and wasn't disappointed! Very hearty and delicious. Good prices. Friendly staff. Absolutely worth a visit when you are in Ames!

This place has great food, great staff and great price. You might be thinking, Hey this is a gas station, how good can it really be? ; I believe their food is better than many restaurants in Ames in terms of taste and pricing. A big plus for students on a budget. Not a huge selection, but everything tastes great. Also, they have vegetarian options.
