Domino's Pizza - Ames

Sunday night and I had to get dinner on the table I hadn't planned anything in advance so I was stuck with the usual burgers or burritos in ankeny.

These people are the best!!! There delivery is awesome!!! They are quick, polite, and there pizza is great!

This place usually is late but that's been fine with the free pizza system, but now when I report that they took over an hour to get my pizza done I can't report it or have it resolved in any way. I have ordered three times every time it's been late andevery time I've tried to report the issue but there has been nothing done, or any of the pizza points given because of it. Alsothe delivery driver now makes me sign the receipt and tries to get me to leave more of a tip. This place is horrible now.

I regrettably ordered my pizza at one o 'clock and failed to receive it before 3 o 'clock in the morning. It is usually an okay place to order pizza, but they answered my phone call and rudely hung up when I went to speak to them. To add, they left me onthe call for 5+ minutes (without anyone answering my call) before I just ended the call due to such a delay. It took them adifferent phone number to say we are closed and me saying I understand you are closed but I ordered a pizza under the name_______ and it still hasn 't gotten through prepared. and then rudely saying back We are busy we are getting your order throughwe are short staffed! Did you order before 1o 'clock? . I understand if you are busy, but if you are super busy you do not haveto take my money and make me wait for 2+ hours for my pizza saying you are preparing it. If you are ordering pizza late, maybedo not order from this location. The delivery driver was nice and polite though!
