Arby's - Ames

I arrived at the restaurant right when it opened, and the woman there, who I believe is the manager, was quite friendly. The sandwiches were tasty, but I did notice that they were occasionally uneven, with most of the sauce concentrated on one side. Overall, the place appeared to be fairly clean.

The staff is very friendly, and they maintain clean tables. I really enjoy their food!

The food is always fresh around lunchtime. The service is typically quick, although this location can get quite busy. The place is well maintained. I dine here once a week, and I really enjoy their fish sandwich. I find the sliders to be a great value as well. Sometimes, it's a good idea to request fresh fries.

They always make the nuggets fresh, which is a big deal. The manager that works most nights til close is a super friendly guy and always goes out of his way to go the extra mile. Always friendly and patient and our food is perfect 95% of the time, which for any fast food place is an amazing number to hit.
