フィードバックを提供するOur go to restaurant in Ambler turned out to be restaurant week so menu was limited (compared to usual menu) but as usual the food was great.
We had visited this restaurant in the past and did not enjoy our experience, but we decided to give it another chance during restaurant week. Despite making a reservation through Open Table specifically requesting outdoor seating, we were informed upon arrival that outdoor seating was on a first come, first served basis. We were eventually seated outside, very close to the train tracks. The food was average at best and did not seem like a good value for the $40 fixed price per person during Ambler Restaurant Week. My corn and crab custard appetizer was overcooked and burnt, while the main course I chose (because the ratatouille could not be made without cheese) was an unusual choice for July – brisket pot roast with root vegetables. The meal was not terrible, but it wasn't very seasonal either. After spending over $100, including tip, for a BYOB meal, we unfortunately do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
Great food great service and ambience too a wonderful night
This charming restaurant at the Ambler train station features delicious cuisine, excellent service, and affordable prices.
Great meal last night. The chef even had some excellent chopped liver and matzoh available for anyone celebrating Passover, very thoughtful! Excellent meals for my wife and I on a date night :
