Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory

We have eaten in other Rosa’s cafes in Texas, but had not yet made any ratings. If you've never been to one, you need to know that they're freshly made tortillas and a salsa bar. Rosa’s Cafe is definitely one of our Go-to’s when we see one and need a quick meal. Service is generally very fast. This time I got a deluxe combo plate that had a Taco, Tostada, Enchilada and Tamale with rice and beans. Mrs. Flip Out ordered the Fiesta salad with Fajita chicken, and it is also a fairly simple menu to find several ways if you have nutritional preferences or restrictions. That means she probably wouldn't get the Fjita chicken back on the salad as it was cold. My food was great!

The drive thru is very conventional place order by the time arrive at pick up window your order is ready. So far the order has always been correct, good food and can eat it while it is still warm

I'd never ordered a fajita burrito. This time I did and was a bit disappointed. It was just chicken meat inside a tortilla. Where's the cheese or veggies? I threw some salsa on it, downed it in less than 2 mins. It was small. It was a good bite size snack in my opinion. I'm a big girl so I would have needed like 4 more. I won't order that again but I'll try something else.

Has always been one of my favorites. Only reason I say 4 stars is the drive thru has always sacrificed customer service with speed of the orders and that's nice and all but when you rush people buying your products that doesn't set a good business model. Taco villa and Rosa's has always done this but taco villa manages to treat thier customers a little better.

It would have gotten 5stars but someone messed up the order and the guy wanted to argue with my wife and when I walked up he looked at me in a stupid way and said how can I help you . I said I 'm her husband. He told my wife what she wanted they did sale that combo plate. I said don 't tell that too her we paid for what she ordered. And that 's what she wants. Then he makes it again and does my order also. I had no problem with my order so we give it back and only got what my wife wanted.
