Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Amarillo

Always out of something! You never have shrimp, although it is on the menu. Service was not super friendly and the waiting time was incredibly long for only four cars. Love their food, but probably not return to this place

Can't stand it when businesses use the word love in advertising. It's not out of love for the customers It's out of their love for money. I pay for my order to be made a certain Way and I am met with lots of excuses that can't even stand. I order again and specifically ask for what I want and still I don't get even though I am told yes we will make it right. No wings no legs. Nothing hard about this request.

Ordered online. My order wasn't ready upon arrival. Staff was all pretty rude and laughing around with each other while the line just kept getting out of control. Two of my chicken strips were gross when I bit into them. Maybe under cooked. This location is usually bad, but this time was a joke. Stay away at all costs.

We used to love Popeyes, not anymore. Rushed out of the kitchen food, employees hygiene seemed questionable (grabbing stuff from the floor and back to build up an order with no sanitary step in between), sticky countertops. The recipes might be there but the flavor, freshness and the sprites of the Louisiana acumen are long gone. Expensive as hell for the low quality of the food they provide.

Nasty rubber chicken- squeaked as bit into it. Fries were freezer burnt and soggy..and after you order- then you find out they want more money for the sauce. Then you say ok I need 1 little tub of ranch. She will say ok..that will be .27 cents. Then ignore you till the next 4 people order.... good luck!
