I didn’t request an extra pickle, but I got one anyway. I asked for extra grilled toppings and received none. The chip selection was limited, with all types available but many options empty. And out of six drink choices, several were unavailable. Is this place managed by someone who doesn’t care? They’ve read and responded to some reviews, but their apologies are ineffective; clearly, the franchise owner is uninterested in addressing these issues. I filled out the company survey and reached out for assistance, but it was all in vain. The manager seems incapable of anticipating and resolving problems on the spot. The issues I encountered weren’t just simple oversights; they indicate a deeper systemic problem.
The service was excellent, and I was treated with respect. I came specifically to try a certain sandwich made with a particular meat, but they also offered a variety of other meats and cheeses. My backup option was wonderful as well.
We waited in line for 20 mins, at the driveway window at 8:59 and .... After waiting .... We were told that they had already cleaned the machines and are closed. I said, what time do you close? He said 9:00, and I said, it's 8:59.... He said again that they were closed. And we left. Surely this is one reason why Yelp has 2 out of 5. Potential.... But employees will break you every single time.
Made an online order and was called back a few minutes later. they were out of bacon, cheddar cheese and pepperoni. ok, no biggie I adjust our order. When I get there to pick it up, someone had taken our order and the kid at the window wanted me to take the wrong order like it was my problem someone took the wrong order. I told him no, I needed the correct order. they were just going to have to remake it. finally get my order and I'm missing a kids meal and 2 of the sandwiches were still wrong. Finally get 4 sandwiches, 2 of them with the wrong toppings and still have to ask for the rest of the kids meal. The kid just seemed so lost as what to do In such a situation. very frustrating as a customer. I ordered online so it would be ready when I got there, waited 20 minutes and STILL left with the wrong order!!
