I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly the gentleman in the drive-thru. I accidentally ordered a hot caramel macchiato through the app when I intended to order an iced version. When I reached the window, I asked for a cup of ice, and he offered to make me a new one while letting me keep the original drink. Thank you for such outstanding service; not all Starbucks employees are as great as you!
