We rested from April 15 to April 22. Good hotel in low season. Pros: silence, tranquility, if there are no corporate events, lack of noisy animation on weekdays, this is a plus for us, we specifically choose a vacation in the low season to enjoy the singing of birds and the sound of the sea. The territory is well-groomed, an interesting playground for teenagers. Cons: the area is beautiful, but small, you can get around it in 15 minutes and you can’t go anywhere nearby, only an abandoned park of a former sanatorium behind the hotel, if you are by car, then drive through the neighboring towns, there are a lot of interesting things in the area. Not everywhere there are wheelchair ramps, for example to the Paradise restaurant and the spa complex. Guests can smoke in the rooms and, alas, the staff will not help here; they smoke in unauthorized places on the premises, near the entrance to the restaurant, on benches, i.e. You always need to close the balcony so as not to breathe in the smoke. There are not enough trash cans near the main staircase. In restaurants, high chairs do not have belts, i.e. It will not be possible to seat and fasten the child; you must first put the food with the child in your arms, then sit next to him and feed him. During our stay there was a corporate party in the restaurant, our room was above the restaurant, we had fun until 23, we listened to all the songs, the furniture shook, 2 children did not sleep, one was not even 2 years old. In the morning we came to the reception and said that we were uncomfortable, the employee’s answer: well, it happens, you should have come last night, we would have done something, maybe we would have moved you. Why should we start running around at 9 o’clock in the evening, packing our suitcases and moving, then in another room again putting everything in the closets, and not relax quietly and put the children to bed? The employees know in advance about the disco until 23:00 and accommodate a family with children in a room above the restaurant. I think that in such situations, the staff should work proactively, either immediately check into a comfortable room, or warn about a noisy evening and offer a compliment from the hotel, or somehow smooth out the current situation. We had a great time on vacation with our children. The animation for children is super, we were busy all day. The parents were relaxed and the children were happy.
