I've visited this restaurant several times since there aren't many dining options in the area. The food is decent on occasion, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve encountered poor hygiene in the bathrooms during two of my visits, which was quite off-putting. While I would rate the service negatively, I found that most of the food is satisfactory. The pizzas, in particular, are quite good. However, I do have concerns about the kitchen and the staff's cleanliness; they don't seem very sanitary at all. But I suppose what I don’t see won’t hurt me… still, it’s quite unsettling.

I usually give Roma a try when I visit friends at the AFB, as the food typically tastes good. However, every time I've eaten there, I've ended up feeling sick a few hours later, especially if I had seafood. It seems like no matter what I order, I get the same unpleasant reaction. Before the renovations, there were two instances where I found ranch dressing in my (or my friend's) food. Rather than causing a scene or embarrassing my friends, I chose not to eat my meal. Since they’ve been remodeled, I haven't encountered anything as alarming, but I did find a fly and a hair in two different dishes. I highly recommend checking your food before you dig in! We've also had some issues, like the waitress forgetting our side salads. If your meal includes a salad, be sure to remind the waitress about it.
