Dettori's At The Cresta Court

I am very disappointed with Cresta Court and their staff. I saw on their website that they offered lunch on Sundays, so I booked a table near the men's restrooms for wheelchair access. However, after a long series of events, it turns out they don’t actually serve lunch on Sundays. Do you have any idea how long it takes to prepare a disabled person for their first real outing? It's frustrating that nobody called or emailed me to inform me that my reservation was unnecessary. I'm really upset!

The quality of the food was disappointing, and the service was provided by some friendly but inexperienced staff. The manager left early, so our complaint couldn't be addressed. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. I really wish we had just gone to the pub down the street for a snack instead.
