Booked a table by open table for the 1st mai. we received a confirmation email from open table, which confirmed the successful booking and time. in the restaurant to find the confirmed time, the restaurant closed! this was particularly annoying, as it was so difficult to get a table in another restaurant during bank holidays, as they were all really busy. we are not sure who is responsible here, open table or restaurant, but it would be good to receive feedback.

We came to the time to find the restaurant closed. stack of unopened posts behind the door etc. serioudly looks like the place is not business. can't understand why they still take bookings.

Was closed at arrival after booking avoid them, avoid them

You allowed me to book a table. the restaurant was closed. I had driven from surrey to altrincham this day (250 miles.) thanks to all for it. I also had a hungry 16-year-old in tow, so it didn't end well.

Wasn't even open! Went there with my table of 6, I'd booked a week ahead, and no sign of the place being closed, so severely disappointed.
