Very rude and hating. Yesterday they sat outside to turn customers away. Tell us her assistant was gone and had no orders and they were out of the chicken. If you're on a chicken stall, why are you even open? Especially when you're sitting outside and hanging around with your friends....

Placed order we were asked to pull, we did this in a parking lot together with 3 others. Waiting 20 minutes of food was good, but not hot really need help there. Corporate could come and help them, but they would have no idea how to do a job. Not only here all food centres. Good luck!

Almost perfect.... The food was really good and not greasy. The gentleman taking orders was awesome. Only negative was did not get my sauce, but I did not have it on order, just tried to add it at end. He was very busy, so I understand.

Took forever to get my order, they had me park for a half hour then the guy wabeast. Food super slow,,, not sure why, then my order was wrong when I got home we were expecting spicy chicken thighs and drumstick because thats what I asked for and there was 5 wings, 1 thigh and 2 breast. There was other people with wrong orders. The dining room is always closed, they say they are under staffed but when I went in so they could fix my order there was like 6 of them working, sounds like they should have the dining room open.

Usually enjoy the food, but today things didn't go well. Ordered a 16 piece family meal with 3 large sides and we ended up with 2 sides and the fries were as cold as the coleslaw. The coleslaw tasted like it was made with tartar sauce. We tried to call but they never answered the phone. Maybe they will do better next time, because I really like the food.
