Applebee's Grill - ALTAVISTA

I want to start by saying I'm glad they are still in business. Dining options are limited and I enjoy their food. Having said that, this place is filthy. We went in after it being shut down for quite some time due to covid and nothing had been cleaned. Seats, windows, walls...all dirty. The wallpaper was peeling off and they tried, unsuccessfully, to repair it with clear scotch tape. The vent cover hanging from the ceiling is bound to cause a law suit. My 6yr old said it looked like a haunted house.

For when you want Hardee's chicken strips but want to pay more for them.

I wish I could remember our waitress he was the best I had in awhile. Food was good. Thumbs up to the cook and waitress .very entertaining

I've never really cared for the menu here. The service is great The waitresses try their best I'm sure it's a great restaurant to most but they change the menu too often

Even though we arrived late in the evening, they treated us like we were VIP. Jeremiah was the perfect host! Our selections were delicious.
