Quickly Bistro Boba - Altamonte Springs

I really love this place. For many years here. Many tea flavors to choose and combinations, milk tea. Regular tea. Slush or a special mix. Food is always hot fresh and tastes good and the price is right. But I will say my only point with this place, how incompatible the recipes are especially for the Pho. The Pho recipe varies so much. It is very on point a few days not so many others. At some point, it is a beautiful clear, tasteful perfect broth. Other days is this deep, dark, cloudy broth that is not so good. I think they have also recently changed the brand of rice noodles. They are heavier and thicker and not as good as before. They have the perfect ratio and recipe. It only varies day by day when the soup cooks in the week, I guess. But I still love to come here, it's great and I highly recommend for great food.

Quickly is one of our favorite places and I can't even tell you how many times we've eaten from there. Only actually been a couple time, we normally get it on UberEATS. Seems like I'd you go there, the selection is better. The milk tea is great, they make real fried rice, the pad Thai is fantastic, and the prices are great. If you're thinking about going, you should go!

SECOND TIME IVE ORDER PHO FOR DELIVERY AND THEY DONT SEND THE VEGETABLES! The lady who answer the phone told me to shut up, that she was talking? this is the second time, I am stuck eating soaked noodles and pale chicken? Not a lime, not a cilantro? nada. I also ordered summer rolls and they came torn apart. This place use to be nice, not anymore.

Since there was such a plethora of delicious food options, I was not sure what to order. When I finally settled on the Salmon Tataki Bowl, I enjoyed all of the different tastes and textures, resulting in a unique tasting meal. The sauces, in particular the peanut sauce and the sambal aioli, were absolute winners and paired well with the rice and salmon. The staff were friendly, and the service was executed quickly, true to this restaurant's name. The space was also well curated with various statues and decorations and even featured what looked like a small mindfulness altar. Very tasteul and relaxing addition. Quickly Boba nailed it in food, service, and ambience. Hope to be back soon.

Everything here was amazing! From staff to food! Excellent price and quality super good you must stop here and grab some Baos and Bona you won?t regret!
