Alpine Taco Shop

Food is fairly good, but charging $1.00 per request for onion is outrageous and overall, prices are way too high....we will not go back, especially when you can get a full plate of food for less at other Mexican restaurants than what this place charges. Our support for this business during the pandemic has been anything but honored. The food here is pretty good, but nothing special. I've tried a couple of burritos so far and they were good, but weren't super flavorful or mind blowing. My wife however really liked what she's gotten. She said it tastes very fresh. Not bad at all though, and the service is great! I'd recommend giving it a try for yourself. This was TERRIBLE!! Horrible rude customer service to start off! Uncooked tortillas, fries, overcooked black meat! This is embarrassing! We are this close to the border you serve us this garbage product looking like it came out a Missouri taco shop! Disgusting! We only came thru because Taps got burnt down! Yall should quit! We'll never be back will tell everyone how bad you guys are at this taco shop business!

I would eat here every day if I lived here. If you find yourself in Alpine CA then you must try this amazing taco shop. It's family run and you can just feel the love they have for this place. Everyone is super nice. Order at the counter. Grab and table inside or outside and enjoy. Must try!

An alpine gem, the owner is an amazing contributor to the Alpine community and the food here is awesome!
