フィードバックを提供するNo ability to make a reservation online with an outdated and unhelpful website. I had to call many times, leave messages and texts and finally caught someone on my fifth call who claimed she would call me back to make reservations and I never got a call back. The south is backwards but this is trash service. If the experience is this bad before I even get there, no way am I giving you a dime.
Similar to other reviewers, had a terrible experience with their reservation system. An email confirmation was sent. That apparently isn’t enough to confirm your reservation, why have an online reservation system if that doesn’t actually reserve anything? I hope they listen and adopt new processes, or at least call and leave a voicemail, because this about ruined my mom’s birthday.
Staff is so nice and friendly. Food is mediocre, and is overpriced. We were told we’d start with one tea then could change flavors but no one ever came back to get our next selection. It was a nice experience but I would not go again.
We had a reservation for 8 for a Christmas treat. After suggesting we were being ‘upgraded’ to a private room, that was the only space with 8 seats together. A 20% gratuity was added to our bill which we would have added on our own. However, we waited THIRTY minutes for any server to even approach us. Then, it took THIRTY minutes to receive our food. The tea was served after our food was presented. The food was good, and the tea service was fun, but I’m not sure we’ll return. It was a very expensive tea for ‘meh’ service.
I was not able to confirm my reservation with success. I would call as directed via text and I would receive text messages that a return call would occur. No one would call me back. On the day of my reservation it was canceled due to not being confirmed. A better system to confirm a reservation is needed from my experience.
