I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. We waited an entire hour without receiving our appetizers or food, while other tables were being served. When our meal finally arrived, it was barely warm, and the appetizers showed up only after we had finished eating. The manager kept offering us free drinks and dessert instead of addressing the issue or providing a discount on our actual order. The server also couldn’t explain what went wrong. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

The wait staff provided poor service, and there was a noticeable lack of assistance during dinner time. The food was served cold.
