Love this restaurant! Great ambiance and food. Eric was a great server.

Wonderful experience from on time seating, service, food, as well as taking note of our birthday celebration. We ordered 2 appetizers, the prosciutto and calamari, and our waiter sent out a 3rd one on the house, those meatballs are definitely a must for next time. Our entrees were delicious, although we were so stuffed from those appetizers already (aka come prepared with an empty stomach and hefty appetite if you want to finish it all). Since it was a birthday, we were also surprised with 2 desserts, something similar to beignets but even more soft on the inside! And a melt-in-your-mouth, I-need-this-recipe butterscotch pudding! This was all of our first times at Colletta and it will certainly not be our last.

I tried to visit Colletta during the holidays and could not get a reservation. My mother was in town staying at the Avalon hotel, and her best friend came to meet us for dinner. Thank goodness Colletta had a table for us!! The service was amazing. Bridget was our waitress, and we also had the pleasure of Justin filling in for her. They both were very attentive and knowledgeable and gave us good recommendations. I was impressed with the super Tuscan and we finished two bottles! The meatballs were flavorful! The beet salad was mainly arugula. The quinoa, Unfortunately was over grilled and extremely hard took away from the beets. We ordered the tagliatelle and the ravioli for the main entrées. I am not sure what happened, but our entrées were cold . The tagliatelle was very cold. The sauce was absolutely delicious and would’ve been incredible if hot. We were very comfortable in the booth and could easily carry on a conversation even though the restaurant was full. I will definitely give it another shot but probably on the night it’s not as busy.

Great food and service. We will happily go back the next time we visit Avalon!

This was truly the best experience we've ever had. Dominic was outstanding—his passion and enthusiasm for food and the overall dining experience were evident and infectious. The food was fantastic, and Dominic elevated it even further!
