California Pizza Kitchen Northpoint Priority Seating

The hostess seemed completely unaware of what I meant by "priority sessions." We waited quite a while for a server to arrive, eventually having to go find someone ourselves. The noise level was nearly unbearable, thanks to a table of five teenage girls sitting right next to us. The food was decent, but definitely not exceptional.

The service was awful, and the restaurant was very dirty. It really needs to be maintained and cleaned better.

I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to be acknowledged, even though I arrived at 3 PM with a reservation and the restaurant wasn't very busy, as there were plenty of open tables.

Food was good but service this evening was a bit off the mark....we did t get plates with our appetizer, no napkins for the kids, and in general we were forgotten more often than not...

Great late evening meal. Just made it in the door at 9:30pm with a party of 6, and they treated us well, no exasperated looks by staff...all were friendly and welcoming. Service was excellent and food was served very hot and tasted great.
